The Forbes Road Career and Technology Center will provide equal opportunities, and its programs and services will be designed to meet the varying needs of each studentand employee. Referrals, admissions, and services shall be made without regard to race, color, religion, handicap, disability, national origin, ancestry, age or sex. Program services shall be made accessible to handicapped/disabled students through the most practical and economically feasible methods available (for information regarding services, activities, programs and facilities that are accessible to and usable by handicapped persons, contact the Assistant Director of Vocational Education). These methods may include, but are not limited to, equipment redesign, the provision of aids, the referral of alternative service delivery locations and structural modification. Further, no student or employee will, on the basis of race, color, religion, handicap, disability, national origin, ancestry, age or sex, be excluded from participating in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity conducted by the school. Any student, employee, parent, or guardian, resident or client who believes he/she has been discriminated against may file a complaint of discrimination.
